چکیده
Abstract The inelastic deformation of a 30 m high-speed craft (HSC) subjected to slamming pressure is the main topic this research. In work, commercial software package ABAQUS FEA used predict structural behavior, especially in hull area under chine. Dynamic explicit solver simulations are done plastic deformation. Before principal analysis actual size ship structure model, numerical studies were validated against relevant experimental data from previous open literature. A reassessment design guidelines was also forecast load on HSC structure. Then, with increased limit, parametric conducted two different idealizations type: rectangular and triangular. Finally, study identifies variables that must be considered when calculating degree brought by loads.

Optimization of Composite Sandwich Cover Panels Subjected to Compressive Loadings
An analysis and design method is presented for the design of composite sandwich cover panels that includes transverse shear e ects and damage tolerance considerations. This method is incorporated into a sandwich optimization computer program entitled SANDOP. As a demonstration of its capabilities, SANDOP is used in the present study to design optimized composite sandwich cover panels for transp...
متن کاملCrossings of Second-Order Response Processes Subjected to LMA Loadings
The focus of this paper is on the estimation of the crossing intensities of responses for secondorder dynamical systems, subjected to stationary, non-Gaussian external loadings. A new model for random loadings—the Laplace driven moving average LMA —is used. The model is nonGaussian, strictly stationary, can model any spectrum, and has additional flexibility to model the skewness and kurtosis of...
متن کاملDynamic Response of Brain Subjected to Blast Loadings: Influence of Frequency Ranges
Blast wave induced a frequency spectrum and large deformation of the brain tissue. In this study, new material parameters for the brain material are determined from the experimental data pertaining to these large strain amplitudes and wide frequencies ranging (from 0.01 Hz to 10 MHz) using genetic algorithms. Both hyperelastic and viscoelastic behavior of the brain are implemented into 2D finit...
متن کاملDelamination in sandwich panels due to local water slamming loads
We study delamination in a sandwich panel due to transient finite plane strain elastic deformations caused by local water slamming loads and use the boundary element method to analyze motion of water and the finite element method to determine deformations of the panel. The cohesive zone model is used to study delamination initiation and propagation. The fluid is assumed to be incompressible and...
متن کاملMULTI FRACTURE/DELAMINATION ANALYSIS OF COMPOSITES SUBJECTED TO IMPACT LOADINGS
A combined finite/ discrete element method is presented for modelling of composite specimens subjected to dynamic/impact loadings. The main task is set on developing an algorithm for simulation of potential bonding and debonding/delamination phenomena during impact or general dynamic loading conditions. In addition, full fracture analysis can also be performed. The proposed approach adopts a ge...
